The Quality Texas Foundation (QTF) is by charter dedicated to assisting Texas based organizations in their continuous improvement efforts, helping them to build sustainability in their operations, improving their financial posture, and providing them with clear steps forward by utilizing the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. QTF provides a variety of training opportunities to not only assist organizational employees become better at their job, but also, to provide valuable input to leadership as it pertains to the world class Baldrige Criteria framework. QTF has a Board, Fellows, Judges and Examiners consisting of the Quality and Continuous Improvement Leaders in the state.
