- Join our first-of-its-kind Housing and Economic Development Pre Conference Workshop. Hear from a national housing and land policy expert in a special presentation titled "Who Owns America". Following this presentation we will feature a panel of local experts and roundtable discussions to ensure that you walk away with actionable next steps to address your community's housing challenges.
- Our Lightening Round Breakout Sessions are always a big hit! These interactive, rapid-fire sessions feature COE communities presenting their promising practices on topics like community engagement, storytelling, measuring impact, and more.
- Our Monday Evening Awards Celebration and Reception is going to be the cats pajamas! Help us celebrate the achievements of communities across the country and join us for the inaugural Founders Award.

The In-House Reservation Center Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m., weekday Monday-Friday. Saturdays and Sundays 9am-6pm. Refer to Group Booking ID# 10901, Baldrige Fall Conference Room Block when reserving your accommodations. Note that calling after hours connects to a third-party call center who are unable to book or modify group bookings.
