Event Calendar

This course prepares participants to establish a cross-sector team of partners who can effectively work together in addressing a chosen shared priority. The concepts discussed through the program are evidence-based skills that have proven to be key elements of success in many organizations and communities. Participants will assess their readiness for taking action together with performance excellence at the beginning and end of the program to gauge their learning and the program’s effectiveness. Resources and tools will be provided throughout the program to give participants a full digital guidebook by the final session. Participants will also take away a first draft of an Engagement Plan including the why, who, and how for building a team as well as the outline for a pitch deck to move forward with the first step.
