Why did you want to be a Kruse Communities of Excellence Scholar?
Going into the field of healthcare administration, I think it is easy to lose sight of that community perspective. I really wanted to engage with community values and education early on in my career, and the Kruse Communities of Excellence seemed like a great opportunity to do so. I really value the multitude of options for community engagement, and the focus on the Baldrige Principles through this program, both of which I know will translate as I move forward in my career.
