Jamie Ambrosi
Mr. Ambrosi is a senior staff member for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. He currently assists the program with its strategy
and business planning, business development, and event and marketing-related activities. He also serves on the writing team for the Baldrige Framework and the Communities of Excellence 2026 faculty, assists with Baldrige Examiner Training and the Baldrige Award process, and delivers presentations on behalf of the program. Mr. Ambrosi has a Masters Degree in Management from the University
of Maryland University College and has been with the Baldrige Program since 1999. He is always searching for new ways to improve the
performance of managers, leaders, and organizations for the benefit of all customers, employees, and stakeholders (including society as whole).
