Theron Post
Theron Post is the Executive Director for the Alliance for Performance Excellence regional program serving Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington, Performance Excellence Northwest. He has been in this role since 2019 and is responsible for working with all types of businesses and communities within the four-state region and also recruiting and training PENW Corps of Examiners and Panel of Judges. Theron's Baldrige experience began at SSM Healthcare in St. Louis, Missouri, the first healthcare sector award recipient. He served in various roles for the Excellence in Missouri Foundation from 1996-2003. In 2003, he began serving for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program in a variety of volunteer roles including Team Leader, Case Study Writing Team, and New Examiner Process Pilot team to name a few. Theron has dedicated his career to assisting organizations and leaders to better understand the Performance Excellence Framework and is honored to have the opportunity to teach and guide organizations in his current role. Theron lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with wife, Wendy, two adult children and two dogs. He spends a great deal of time outdoors in the Pacific Northwest when he is not watching international and domestic soccer matches.
